This printable is designed to allow an individual to think through and put into perspective their worries. When one battles an anxiety disorder, it becomes harder to realise what is ‘normal” to be nervous about and what is insignificant that doesn’t need to be stressed over. When I first began seeing my psychologist, he suggested listing what I’m worried about and deciding if they are necessary to be anxious for. I placed my own little twist on being able to rate how anxious I am at the beginning of the reflection and then re-evaluating my rating. I hope by sharing this that it helps you out!
